The C610 laptop is houses in an ever so sleek black plastic casing. It weights in and around 2.5KG, and places it amongst the average weight of a laptop. It has a 14.1” LCD screen and a nice keyboard that has soft touch and is very quiet. There is also plenty of area on the palm wrest to comfortably rest your wrists during extended typing sessions. The dell c610 comes with an easy to use touch pad and a pointing stick that is situated in the middle of the keyboard, a similar feature that it shares with the HP Compaq N600 and Toshiba Tecra 6100 laptops which is a definite welcomed addition. It doesn’t have any hotkeys above the keyboard although these are rarely used these days on any laptops. It also has a USB port for connecting your peripherals.

The Latitude C610 also has a module at the front of the laptop that is hot swappable. This means you can simply switch drives or put in a second battery very simply by pressing the lock switch that is situated beside the bay. The standard laptop comes with a CD drive and in some cases DVD and DVD/CD-RW. You can also make this laptop WIFI capable by adding a PCMCIA wifi card.

The Dell C610 latitude laptop comes with a powerful 1.2GHz PIII-M processor as standard and it runs Microsoft windows XP exceptionally well. Where the C610 is truly remarkable is in its battery test. With a brand new battery installed the c610 managed 4hrs 24mns in the battery test which was almost an hour longer than its nearest rival the Tecra 6100.

We are that confident in the products that we sell, we offer an industry high 1 year warranty as standard with all our laptops.

The warranty is effective from delivery date for 1 calendar year.

In the unlikely event and problem occurs within the first 14 days, we will collect and replace the laptop free of charge.

If a fault occurs after that, all you need to do is send it back to us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Conditon

All our laptops go through a full refurbishment process. This includes testing and diagnosis and a full and fresh installation of the operating system (Windows). They are in full working order unless otherwise stated.

All are laptops are used and taken from a working environment therefore signs of general wear and tear should be expected. This can include some scratches or scuff marks, stickers and sticker residue, dents, some chips or slight cracks to the casing, minor blemishes on the screen and worn keys. These issues do not affect the performance of the laptop at all and are purely cosmetic. All laptops are fully functional unless otherwise stated. All laptops will have a QUERTY keyboard which will either have a UK or US layout

All pictures we use are generic manufacturer pictures. We do not supply any restore disks with our laptops. All laptops come with a power supply..

Warranty & Battery Policy

The warranty does not cover accidental damage or Software problems such as viruses/malware or other software related issues.

The battery is guaranteed to work only with a 30 minute duration minimum. Batteries will be replaced if they do not meet that criteria if reported within 7 days of receipt.. Outside of this, the battery is not covered by a warranty. Batteries are classified as a consumable item (much like a ink cartridge or tyres on a car) and will need to replaced every so often. .
